The parish of Holy Trinity Church is located in the Inwood area of Manhattan, at the intersection of Cumming Street and Seaman Avenue. The church is one block north of Dyckman (200th) Street, and one block West of Broadway.

By Subway: Take the "A" train to Dyckman (200th) Street Station. Walk North one block on Broadway, then turn left on Cumming Street, walk West (toward the Hudson River) the church is on the left.
By Bus: Take the M10 Uptown or Downtown toward Dyckman (200th) Street. The Uptown bus stops at Dyckman (200th) Street. Walk North one block on Broadway, then turn left on Cumming Street, walk West (toward the Hudson River) the church is on the left.
By Car from New Jersey: Take the George Washington Bridge. As you exit the Bridge, head North, you will follow signs for UPTOWN. This will bring you to the five-way intersection of Broadway and Dyckman (200th) Street. Follow Broadway up one block, turn left on Cumming Street, Holy Trinity Church is on the left.
By Car from East Side, Queens/Bronx/Brooklyn: Bronx - take Triboro Bridge to Uptown FDR Drive; Queens - take the Midtown Tunnel, Triboro or 59th Street/Queensboro Bridge to Uptown FDR Drive; Brooklyn - take Battery Tunnel, Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge or Williamsburg Bridge to Uptown FDR Drive.
From FDR Drive, continue North onto Harlem River Drive to Dyckman (200th) Street, proceed West. Turn right on Broadway, left on Cumming Street. Holy Trinity will be on your left.
